Steps to register:

1. Complete the registration form.
2. Mail the completed registration form with your $35 registration fee to:

3. Registration deadline is September 24, 2009.
   Your registration fee includes parking, an information packet, and lunch.

A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and fee.
