The month of April is dedicated to celebrating and honoring Asian and Pacific Islander Americans and educating the community about Asian and Pacific Islander related issues and culture. This month is made possible through Associated Students, Incorporated, as well as with the collaboration of faculty, administrators, staff and students from all across campus.

In collaboration with the Asian Pacific Faculty, Staff and Student Association, the APISC hosts a yearly graduation and scholarship celebration to award and celebrate student scholars, leaders and graduates. Family, friends, alumni, faculty, staff, and administrators are invited to celebrate the achievements and the diverse culture of our college graduates. Students from any ethnic community may sign up to participate in the celebration at the APISC starting Winter Quarter. For information on scholarship opportunities, contact the APISC.
