When obstacles like these block your path, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) can provide you with tools to break down barriers to your success! CAPS offers brief counseling, at no additional cost to enrolled students, for individuals, couples and families. Group therapy and walk-in crisis appointments are also provided, and all CAPS services are private and confidential.

CAPS also provides outreach/educational services such as workshops or presentations for classes, student organizations and clubs on: Stress & Time Management, Dealing with Test Anxiety, Building Self-Esteem & Self-Confidence, Effective Communication, Team Building, Cultural Diversity, Resolving Conflicts, etc.

The campus will return to the normal Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm operating schedule on Tuesday, September 2.
