Eligibility

Child must be 4 years of age by December 2nd
Must meet Income guidelines
Must Show need at least 6.5 hours a day (e.g., full time student, working full time...)
Parents must attend parenting workshops

About the Program

The purpose of the PKFLP is to increase kindergarten/reading readiness for children who are limited English learners who are 4 years old. The PKFLP will also address the unique needs of each family by offering workshops for parents that encourage the development of early literacy in their children and opportunities for adult education. This program will allow student-parents and other income eligible family’s free tuition. Lunch and snack served daily at no charge.

Monday-Friday
9:00am-4:00pm
7 hours per day, five days a week, 246 school days
