Day of Event Coordination  

It is important to have a checklist to minimize last minute tasks, especially on the day of the event. Here is a list of questions to answer ahead of time to avoid a hectic “Day-of”.

    • Who is authorized to make decisions?
    • Who is the main contact person?
    • Who will be your emcee?
    • Who will greet and seat your VIPs?
    • Will VIPs be recognized at event? How?
