Enrollment Management Advisory Council 2008/09 |
In its seventh year, the Enrollment Management Advisory Council supports student success and progress to graduation through the development and implementation of enrollment initiatives that actively promote the involvement/commitment of key campus constituents in achieving the following objectives:
• Develop and sustain a campus-wide enrollment management effort that is based on the university’s mission and vision and that is responsive to the unique profiles and needs of the eight colleges.
• Within a structure of shared governance and collaboration across divisions, provide for the development and integration of strategies, infrastructure, programs and resources that contribute to the successful recruitment, persistence and graduation of students.
• Increase campus-wide understanding and appreciation of the value/impact of effective enrollment strategies on student success and institutional effectiveness.
• Initiate referrals/recommendations to the appropriate decision-making bodies.
Three components make up the Enrollment Management Advisory Council: the EMAC Executive Committee, the Enrollment Planning Group and the Working Subcommittees.
