 Student Assistant Training: The Career Center Student Employment Unit is very excited about unveiling their newly designed Student Assistant Training (SAT) module for all students working on or off campus. Their goal is to provide consistent training for all students hired on or off campus. This training module should be considered as a part of the student’s departmental training. Please support this training (SAT) module by making a commitment to send all new and returning student hires. This training (SAT) module will cover a variety of topics including, but not limited to: Telephone Etiquette, Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, Time Management, Basic Job Expectations, Appropriate Dress, etc.
Listed below are the dates and times for the 2-hour SAT sessions for Fall Quarter 2004. Upon completion of the hiring of your student assistant(s), please identify one of the dates based on their work schedule and availability. Please encourage all student assistants to pre-register as soon as possible in the Career Center (Bldg 97-Rm 100) or call Ext. 2342. Additional dates are scheduled for the Winter and Spring quarters.
Tuesday, September 28th 1pm-3pm
Thursday, September 30th 3pm-5pm Monday, October 4th 1pm-3pm
Wednesday, October 13th 1pm-3pm Friday, November 5th 11am-1pm
