Group Volunteer Registration Form

  • Complete the form below to register a group of 10 or more people to assist with the Cal Poly Universities' Rose Float, "Seaside Amusement."

  • Please make sure that you indicate the dates and times your group would like to volunteer. If the dates and times you selected are not available, a committee representative will notify you and provide you with another alternative. If your group signs up and cannot attend, please notify Marla Franco, Senior Coordinator of Rose Float and Student Life, immediately by emailing her at mfranco@csupomona.edu or calling (714) 328-9104. 

  • Please make sure that you and your group read through our website and understand the volunteer guidelines.

  • Please complete the Volunteer Liability Form in advance, particularly large groups, to ensure a quick check-in process.
