EVENT SCHEDULING PROCEDURES

  • Your Club/Organization must be currently chartered (on-line as well as your Advisor Form and Executive Officer Signature Form turned in)
  • For OUTDOOR SCHEDULING RESERVATIONS (Now Activated) to online to http://www.dsa.csupomona.edu/osl/outdoorvenuerequest.asp
    • Once  your Room Request has been confirmed via email print out the event form.  Make sure it is signed by a club officer, and the club advisor.  Return completed form to Alia Dada in the Office of Student Life; Bldg. 26
  • For CLASSROOM RESERVATIONS go online to  www.csupomona.edu/~academic/rooms   Fill out the “Request a Room” form. (be specific about dates, times, locations - if you have one in mind, and number of seats.)
    • Once  your Room Request has been confirmed via email fill out the form ASE Form (event form) located at the bottom of this section.  Make sure it is signed by a club officer, and the club advisor.  Return completed form to Alia Dada in the Office of Student Life; Bldg. 26

You will receive a copy of your ASE form in your club mailbox once the process has been completed.  Have your copy of the form with you when you are at your meetings.



Equipment Rental Procedures

Having a campus event and need to rent equipment?

For events……..

  • In the University Park contact ASI Conference and Events, (909) 869- 2847   
  • Anywhere else on campus contact I & IT Media Distributions to find out what you will need and how much it will cost by calling (909) 979-6332.  Also, please see I & IT’s Media Distribution procedures (downloadable file below) for details.   



FOOD EVENT PROCEDURES

To set up a food event for your club or organization, you will need to do the following:

  • Your Club/Organization must be currently chartered (on-line as well as your Advisor Form and Executive Officer Signature Form turned in)
  • Have a certified food handler available (usually a club member)
  • Plan ahead!  Advance planning is very important.
  • Have a few dates and locations in mind for your event.
  • Check with Alia regarding location/time and paperwork.
  • Have all documents signed by club officer, club advisor, and Environmental Health and Safety.
  • Return the Application for Scheduled Event form to Alia and keep the Environmental Health and Safety form to have in your possession for your event!
