2008-2009 CHAPTER REGISTRATION

Fraternity and Sorority registration must be completed and submitted electronically by September 25, 2008-before 5:00pm . Under no circumstances will late, partial or incomplete forms be accepted
NO EXCEPTIONS

Registering your fraternity or sorority will assure your organization or council access to the following services:

• A Leadership Resource Library

• A Club Mailbox

• Event Scheduling

• Poster/Flier Approval

• Consultation with OSLCC Staff

• Back up signature for your advisor when she/he is unavailable

• Club Vendor Sponsorship

Re-Chartering Your Greek Organization for the 2008-2009 School Year!

The process can be broken down into three simple steps, just follow them in order. If you are having difficulties re-chartering please contact Jenni Adams (ext. 4492, jadams@csupomona.edu).

The Process:

1.) Update Your Online Profile at http://clubs.dsa.csupomona.edu/PasswordGreekClubEdit.asp :

a. Update your online profile by going to the http://clubs.dsa.csupomona.edu/PasswordGreekClubEdit.asp website and filling out President name, e-mail, advisor info., etc.

b. Your Club Username and Password, used to access your Online Profile:

- Username:___________________

- Password:___________________

2.) Attend One (1) of the Mandatory Workshops Before the Start of the School Year:

a. Workshop Dates and Times:

Thursday, July 22^th 12:00pm-1:00pm, BSC: Centaurus

Thursday, August 7^th 12:00pm-1:00pm, BSC: Centaurus

Wednesday, August 13^th 12:00-1:00pm, BSC: Centaurus

Tuesday, August 28^th 12:00pm-1:00pm, BSC: Centaurus

Friday, September 19^th 12:00-1:00pm, BSC: Centaurus

3.) Complete the Online Advisor form, Roster Form, Your Greek Organizations Calendar, and Greek Organization By-Laws:

a. Print out the Online Advisor Form found under Step 4 from http://www.dsa.csupomona.edu/osl/rechartering.asp

- Fill out the sheet on the computer (except for the signatures portion) and then print it out. Get your advisor to sign the paper and turn it into the Office of Student Life and Cultural Centers.

b. Greek Organization Roster Form: Go to http://www.dsa.csupomona.edu/osl/greeklife/resources.asp

And fill out the Roster for Grades document for all members in your organizations. Include full name, e-mail address, and bronco ID number. E-mail to Jenni Adams at jadams@csupomona.edu .

c. Greek Organization Calendar: Please create a calendar of all planned events for the 2008-2009 school year. Be sure to include date, location and time for all events. E-mail the calendar to Jenni Adams at jadams@csupomona.edu .

d. Please e-mail your Greek organization’s full By-Laws to Jenni Adams at jadams@csupomona.edu .
