This form will allow you to request outdoor spaces at Cal Poly Pomona.  A scheduling coordinator will be in contact with you regarding the status of your reservation request and paperwork details.  Requests are processed 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

v     Online reservation requests must be received at least 2 weeks in advance of your requested event

v     Clubs/Organizations must be Re-Chartered through the Office of Student Life for the 2007-2008 academic year in order to reserve any outdoor spaces. 

*Please Note: Reservations are processed in the order they are received.  Requests will be accepted  beginning January 28, 2008 for Spring Quarter.
