PARKING STRUCTURE PROJECT

The 750,000 square-foot parking facility opened Spring Quarter 2007. The $37.6 million dollar includes a six-level, 2, 378-space parking structure and a permanent University Police and Parking and Transportation Services building (Building 109).
For safety purposes, the structure has abundant lighting throughout, elevators made entirely of glass, all staircases located on the outside, blue light emergency phones and immediate access out of the structure. In addition, the parking structure has electronic space counting boards at the entrances to give students instantaneous information on what levels parking is available.
Parking Recommendations
- If you arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, the recommendation is to arrive 30 minutes earlier than usual during the first couple of weeks each quarter to find a parking space and allow for anticipated heavy campus traffic.
- To minimize time finding a parking space, please go straight to one of the peripheral lots of the campus: Parking Lots B, E, and K. Bronco Express, the campus shuttle system runs every 10-15 minutes from these locations.
- Students interested in some of the best parking spaces on campus should consider taking advantage of the Student Rideshare program. Arrive at the Parking and Transportation Services Information Booth, with two or more students in the car, to be given a pass to park in the closest parking spaces. Students can contact the Rideshare Office at (909) 968-3233 for program information or to find a rideshare partner.
