Community Service Officer Program (Parking & Transportation Services)

PTS hires students as Community Service Officers. The Community Service Program (CSO Program) aims to foster a learning-centered culture and a student centered philosophy, as CSOs actively engage in various projects which promote PTS, and meet campus needs. The CSO Program supports SDLI (Student Development & Leadership Institute) courses, and this is a key part of the quality training available on campus. Competitive wages for a wide variety of positions are offered and PTS is flexible in scheduling around classes. The department understands that classes are a student's main focus. Available shifts vary from early morning to late evening, customer service skills are built and CSOs are made well–rounded in field and office work. Students can work as little as 10 hours or as many as 20 hours per week.

Am I eligible?

All applicants must be registered at Cal Poly Pomona University. Each quarter a student must maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA or higher and have 6.1  units per quarter to remain eligible for employment.
