Daily Rideshare Records
For each month, you can download [Microsoft Word format] and print the Daily Rideshare Record and fax it to the Rideshare Office at ext. 4945 or you can bring it in personally to the Rideshare Office in Building 109.
Metro Rewards Application
You must have been ridesharing with other working adults at least eight workdays a month for the past three months or longer. If not, you do not qualify for this program.
Rideshare Agreements
Please make an appointment to complete your Rideshare application, sign your vanpool agreement and have an orientation with Dave Flores, (909) 869-3233 at the Rideshare Office located in Building 109.
