Transfer Credits

Military Credit & Non-collegiate Instruction:

Nine units of elective credit may be granted with completion of one year of active duty in the United States Armed Force.  If ENG 104 (or a comparable transfer course) passed, four units can apply towards GE Area E.  Students requesting credit must have received honorable discharge.  Students must present military documentation to receive credit. Veterans need to submit their American Council on Education Registry Transcript (ACE) to the Admissions Office for processing.

Cal Poly Pomona will grant credit for successful completion of either military or civilian non-collegiate instruction.  Credit will be granted in accordance with the recommendations set forth by the Commission on Education Credit and Credentials of the American Council on Education.
