In recognition of Cal Poly Pomona's diverse student body, the Student Health Services (SHS) health team is committed to providing high quality, student-centered care and services, which are responsive to our students' changing needs. SHS provides care that is convenient, confidential, readily accessible, and affordable. Quality of care is demonstrated through continuous accreditation of Student Health Services by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
A wide range of services are offered to students, including early treatment of illnesses and injuries; diagnostic and preventive care; and health promotion programs/outreach services (Click on the link below to download a copy of our departmental brochure in PDF format. Student Health Services is essential to the greater mission of Cal Poly Pomona. Through the presence and use of SHS services, students conserve and make more effective use of classroom and study time. Student expenditures related to health care are significantly reduced. SHS assists students in pursuing and achieving personal and academic goals in a safe and health campus learning environment.
