construction_cone_53_x_52.jpg - construction cone - construction cone Opening in Fall 2010, the Residential Suites Phase II offers students of Cal Poly Pomona the opportunity for convenient and community filled housing. Three different floor plans will allow students to choose which apartment-style space will best accommodate their needs. As construction continues, this website will provide you with up-to-date information on the development of these new buildings, pictures of the construction progress, and news releases pertaining to the suites.

Once complete, Vista de las Estrellas, Vista de las Montanas, and Vista de la Luna will be the new luxury option for all students who come to Cal Poly Pomona. Along with the new and expanded Vista Cafe, south campus will be the new place to find community.

June - Suites Construction Newsletter
Summer is finally here, and that means no more paper... no more books... no more teachers' dirty looks. But for the suites, the summer means more construction and less disruption.

April/May - Suites Construction Newsletter
New webcams give students access to view construction as it is happening. This new technology was installed and connected to the construction website, for access by students, faculty and guests.

March - Suites Construction Newsletter
After a long wait, students can start checking for the installation of their own stove, into their suite, starting March 23.

As the first walls are going up on the new suites buildings, thoughts and opinions are starting to form about the expectations and hopes that these new buildings will bring.

As more and more individuals are finding ways to make their lives eco-friendly, the housing department is making their contribution to going green with the new suites construction.
