Cost Table Summary
2009-2010 Academic Year
The Cost Tables provide a detailed schedule of payments, based on room type, meal plan and payment plan. Please review Payment Options for a descriptions of each plan. Fees are posted about a week prior to their due dates. Residents are responsible for monitoring their accounts and paying their housing and meal plan fees by the posted deadlines. Residents will receive reminder notices as part of the Weekly Web Updates that are sent to their Cal Poly Pomona email account. The Weekly Web Updates are also posted on the website, under Current Residents – Announcements.

Payment includes a required $50.00 security deposit. Payment also includes optional $15.00 Inter Hall Council (IHC) fee. If IHC membership is declined, subtract $15.00 from the second payment.
If the Installment Plan is selected, the Total Payment will include an additional $50.00 in non-refundable administrative fees; Financial Aid and Quarterly payment plans will add $20.00 in non-refundable administrative fees over each quarter.
