The 2008-2009 rates for housing and meal plans are pending final approval and are subject to change. The License Agreement uses these rates to calculate the amount of your first payment that is due with your contract. If there is a change in the rates, you will be notified by email and adjustments will be made prior to sending you your confirmation receipt. We appreciate your patience and welcome any questions you may have.

Prior to accessing the Student Housing License Agreement (contract), please take a few moments to read some important information below.

Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis. The online Student Housing License Agreement (contract) will be date and time stamped when it is submitted electronically. If you are considering living on campus, it is advisable to complete a License Agreement early. You may cancel up to thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the Fall Quarter and still receive a full refund.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT PROCESS

  • There are a limited number of double spaces. If we are unable to honor your request for a double occupancy room, we will assign you to a triple occupancy room in order to accommodate your housing request. As cancellations occur, students will be reassigned to doubles as they become available.
  • Assignments are processed in late June or early July. Confirmation of room assignments are expected to be sent via mail and/or email by the first week of August.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • If your admission status is rescinded or you decide not to attend Cal Poly Pomona, you must contact the Housing Office to cancel your housing contract.  Changes to your admission status, disqualifications, or decisions not to attend are NOT an automatic cancellation of your housing contract.
  • The last day to cancel without penalty is Monday, August 25, 2008.  You may email, fax or send a letter to the Housing Office, and it must be received in our office on or before 5:00 p.m. August 25, 2008 .  It is always a good idea to check with our office to be sure your request to cancel has been received.
