Interhall Council

Serving as the Residence Hall's student government program, IHC provides residents with a variety of leadership opportunities. Through programs, activities and services, IHC promotes intellectual and social growth, scholastic achievement, recreational activities, and the development of cultural interests of all hall residents. IHC consists of an executive board and representatives from each hall.

IHC also sponsors events in our residence halls, around campus, and off campus. These events are free or discounted for IHC members.

Fitness Express

UHS Fitness Express is a full body, fitness facility FREE to students living in the Residence Halls, Residential Suites or CRS. This facility is also available to the campus community at a nominal fee.
UHS Fitness Express is fully equipped with 16 weight resistant stations and 12 cardiovascular machines. The equipment has been specifically selected to target the major muscle groups to help you achieve your personal fitness goals

Be one of the few, the proud, the Welcome Week Leaders! These students assist with fall check-in, create and lead activities for first-year students before classes start, and contribute greatly to setting the tone for the year. Click here for more information.

 

Resident Advisors

Resident Advisors oversee life in the residence halls and residential suites throughout the year.  RAs host educational and social programs, build community by helping residents connect, promote safety, respond to emergencies, and work together with each other to ensure residents are engaged in their residential community.
