Residence Hall Floorplans

Phase One

The four red brick halls (Alamitos, Aliso, Encinitas and Montecito) have a similar design and layout.  Each hall accommodates approximately 212 residents and staffed by five student Resident Advisors (RA) and a professional live-in Hall Coordinator.  The Phase One halls feature a small community atmosphere, spacious lounges on the first two floors, and a common garden patio.  Each floor is divided into two wings.  The majority of floors are coed by alternate male and female wings.  Accommodations are available in Encinitas Hall for students who have a mobility restriction.  All halls have conveniently located laundry facilities.  Each room measures approximately 11' x 15'.

Phase Two

Both Cedritos and Palmitas Halls have a similar design and layout.  Each hall accommodates approximately 185 students and staffed by five student Resident Advisors (RA) and a professional live-in Hall Coordinator.  These halls offer the same small community atmosphere and amenities as the Phase One buildings.  The only differences are the room shapes and the slightly smaller common area.  All halls have conveniently located laundry facilities.  Each room measures approximately 12' x 14'.
