Residence Life Coordinator

Residence Life Coordinators are full-time, professional staff members living in the residence halls and suites. The Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) oversees the educational and operational functions of a residential community. The RLC is responsible for a Resident Advisor staff, hall government, front desk operations, programming, conduct, and participates in a duty rotation for emergency response. 

Coordinator of Residential Education & Leadership

The Coordinators of Residential Education and Leadership are full-time, professional staff members. The Coordinators of Residential Education and Leadership (CREL) serve as lead member of the Residence Life Management team. CRELs lead up to 3 professional Residence Life Coordinators; develop vision and implement plans for student leadership and education in the residences. Additionally, the CRELs coordinate several large scale department-wide projects which may include: the housing conduct system, Welcome Week orientation program, professional and student staff recruitment & selection/training, or residential programming initiatives. 

Area Coordinator

Area Coordinator is a full-time, professional staff member. They also serve as a lead member of the Residence Life Management Team and perform many of the same duties as a CREL. However, they are live-on staff who serve as the principal building marshall and coordinate the duty rotation for crisis response.
