NEW ONLINE WORK ORDER REQUEST FORM

Starting Monday, June 15th, residents will be placing their maintenance work order requests through a new form that is located on the Housing StudentWeb site.

·   After you log in to the StudentWeb site (https://housing.csupomona.edu/StudentWeb), there will be a link along the left for "Submit New Work Order".

·   You will no longer need to enter any contact information, just a description of the work that needs to be done and then how, or if, you wish to be contacted about the status of the request.

·   You will also be able to look up a history of all your work order requests and their status all on one page.
