Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm except for State Closure Dates. Due to budget cuts to the California State University system, Cal Poly Pomona will observe 24 scheduled state closure dates beginning August 2009 and running through June 2010. Click here to view the closure dates for the 2009-10 academic year.
The Information Center is open:
Only the first week of each quarter, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The Visitor Center is located in Building 35 the 1st floor of the Bronco Student Center. The Bronco Student Center is across from the University Plaza (Bldg. 26 - the old horse stables) and southwest of the University Library (Bldg. 15).
The Information Center is located on the 1st floor of the CLA Building 98.
If you have a reservation for a campus tour, please follow the instructions that you received in your confirmation. The Visitor Center recommends that you arrive at the Parking Booth on Kellogg Drive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time, as Southern California traffic and Cal Poly Pomona parking can be unpredictable.
The map below has a red arrow that indicates the main entrance to the Visitor Center. The center is located inside the Bronco Student Center next to the Bronco Copy N Mail. If you go through the main entrance where the Cal Poly Federal Credit Union is located, the Visitor Center will be on your right hand side.
The map below has a red arrow that indicates the main entrance to the Information Center. The center is located inside of the CLA building to the right of the main stairs. Go through the sliding glass doors and the first thing you will see will be the Information Center.
BY SHUTTLE:
Bronco Express Shuttles A stops in front of the grass hill leading to Building 35.It is a short walk up the grass hill or around the grass hill to Building 35.

BY CAR:
If you are a visitor to campus, please stop by the Parking & Information Booth located just off Kellogg Drive to receive parking directions. Metered parking is available along the loop in front of the CLA that travels around Voorhis Alumni Park. Longer term parking is available in designated areas of Parking Lot D, F8, F4 or the Parking Structure with a valid permit. Temporary permits can be obtained from the Parking & Information Booth or yellow parking permit dispensers located in the parking structure and Lot F4. Driving instructions to campus appear below.
BY BICYCLE:
There is a bicycle rack in front of building 98 and in front of the Bronco Student Center building 35 for the convenience of bicyclists. Remember to lock your bike and ALWAYS wear your helmet!

Visitor Center
From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX):Take the 105 freeway East, transition to the 605 North, transition to the San Bernardino (60) freeway, transition to the Orange (57) freeway North. Exit at Temple Avenue and turn left (down the hill). Turn right on South Campus Drive, left on Kellogg Drive, and turn left when you see the Visitor Parking Booth.
From Ontario International Airport (ONT): Take the San Bernardino (10) freeway West and exit at Kellogg Drive. Stay in your left lane, you should be on the left side of the large electronic marquee that welcomes visitors. Follow Kellogg Drive. After the second stop sign, turn right when you see the Visitor Parking Booth.
From Orange County:
Take the 57 freeway NORTH to Temple Avenue and exit north (left-hand turn) to the campus. Temple will go down the hill. Stay on Temple until the large electronic marquee that welcomes visitors at South Campus Drive. Turn right on South Campus Drive, left on Kellogg Drive, and turn left when you see the Visitor Parking Booth.
From the Pasadena area:
Take the 210 freeway EAST to 57 Freeway SOUTH. Exit on Temple Avenue and turn north (right-hand turn) to the campus. Temple will go down the hill. Stay on Temple until the large electronic marquee that welcomes visitors at South Campus Drive. Turn right on South Campus Drive, left on Kellogg Drive, and turn left when you see the Visitor Parking Booth.
